Job Summary
The Part Time Harvest technician performs manual labor tasks in the greenhouses associated with harvesting, loading rooms, unloading rooms, hanging harvested plants, and processing dry flower. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.
Essential Responsibilities

Cleaning and filling each space to maintain a perpetual grow.
Assist in taking down weekly harvest.
General duties around the garden as they relate to the upkeep of the garden.
Hanging of harvested biomass.
Processing of dried biomass.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to execute techniques consistently.
Ability to follow directions.
Experience And Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age.
Knowledge of marijuana strains and anatomy.
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate-level math skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work is performed in a production environment and requires the ability to stand for long periods and to operate standard trimming tools or equipment. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and bending and kneeling to obtain supplies or tools. Employees should be able to lift 20 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
