We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our resort team and lead our online presence to new heights. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute creative strategies that will drive engagement and bookings for our world-class resort.
Position is on-site but open to a hybrid and/or remote set-up for Washington based applicants.
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost direct bookings.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to resort websites, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, utilizing data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand image and resonates with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our resort at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Oversee the resort's website and ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, events, and special offers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, internal teams to ensure message is cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing touchpoints
- Work closely with third parties, corporate teams, OTAs to optimize the resorts digital presence
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3 years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Knowledge of the resort industry and its unique marketing challenges is a plus.
