Sunclean is a rapdily growing construction company! We work with some of the biggest multifamily (new luxuary apartments) building all throughout Califorina. We also work with some of the biggest luxuary hotels and chain hotels in Califorina. We are excited to start to growing out of state into Arizona! We need a highly motivted, result driven individual that will help us reach our goals as a company and help you reach your fincial goals! Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
