What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at SUNco?

SUNco is a residential roofing and solar company. We have been providing roofing and solar services since 2019. We are expanding rapidly and needing to grow our roofing operations team.

SUNco does all its own installs from start to finish, both with our roofs and solar systems. From the time of sale all the way to managing the solar system after it is installed, we manage this all in house.

Candidates Need to Have:

Proficient in Computer Skills and Especially the Google Suite
Close attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Friendly disposition and willing to work as part of a close-knit team

Stellar communication and phone skills
Ability to Multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at a time

Essential Duties:

  • Spend 20-30% of the day communicating through phone, email, and text with our roofing team and customers.
  • Develop a working knowledge of SUNco's process and the solar industry to effectively communicate and educate customers and team members.
  • Multitask in a high-volume work environment without sacrificing quality. This includes completing all work with 95% accuracy and meeting all written and verbal communication quality expectations with a 90% rating weekly within 3 months.
  • Assist in the training of new Support Coordinators to meet expectations and achieve department goals.
  • Make data-driven decisions to solve problems
  • Obsessively reduce cycle times in every area
  • Keep commitments to customers and sales reps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Construction/Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
