Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Development
Representative (SDR) who will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying,
and generating new sales leads to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate
is a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to identify and develop
new business prospects from various sources. You will be introducing applications
to both prospect and existing customers in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate
outbound prospecting, qualifying, and appointment setting.
- Develop
new business opportunities via telephone and email outreach.
- Handle
complex lead generation calls across different lines of business.
- Identify
appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Provide
feedback to uncover prospects' pain points and align with solutions.
- Build
and nurture prospect relationships.
- Consistently
meet and exceed dials, talk time, and marketing qualified leads targets.
- Collaborate
within a market-driven team to expand the sales pipeline.
- Actively
contribute to weekly meetings with ideas and suggestions.
- Utilize
Salesforce.com for contact management and opportunity tracking.
- Apply sales
training techniques and pipeline management.
- Complete
product certification for applications within the assigned healthcare
market segment.
- Maintain
compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality
requirements.
- Uphold
responsibilities related to the separation of duties within your job
function.
- Demonstrate
strong presentation and phone skills.
- Exhibit
strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess
good analytical skills.
- Ability
to set and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong
project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to
detail.
- Proficiency
with MS Office and other software applications.
- Experience
with Salesforce.com or similar CRM product preferred.
