What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Inside Sales Agent position at Sunflower Real Estate?
Responsibilities:
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with homeowners and investors to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Real estate sales
- Opportunity to turn into an Outside Sales position and going on appointments
Qualifications:
- Experience with talking to people on the phone is required
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a CRM preferred
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- 1 year of real estate sales experience preferred
