The Key Holder works in partnership with the leadership team to oversee all the daily functions of the store.
WHAT YOU DO
- Be the top seller
- Create an elevated customer experiance
- Coach associates on selling and customer experiance elevation
- Ensure merchandising guidlines are correct
- Assist with networking & recruiting new talent
