Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Keyholder role located in Farragut, TN. The Keyholder will be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met, maximizing sales and profits, coaching and training team members, and maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Ability to coach and train team members
Experience in a retail environment
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
