We’re looking for an Assistant Manager that can support the Store Manager in running the business. Have open availability and a great work ethic. Have customer service and selling experience. Must be able to perform the following:
- Assisting the store manager with daily paper work and store operations
- Recruiting and networking to create a top tier team
- Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates
- Ensure monthly completion of training courses for associates
- Keep up to date on policies and procedures
- Lead and model the selling and customer experience standard
- The ability to professional handle any and all situations between customers or associates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
