We are looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to our newly built Battery Assembly Hub in Greensboro, NC. The right candidate will manage direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of our products.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes :
- Ensures the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing KPI goals.
- Supervises daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, SAP system compliance and customer service.
- Reviews and prepare workflow of manning and warehouse space requirements and create daily action plans to ensure KPI standards are met.
- Meets regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop action plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Maintains documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintains shipping, receiving, and transportation operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with quality to ensure that all quality checks are scheduled on all incoming inspected material.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations Management, or equivalent degree required
- Minimum of 3 year of progressive managerial experience in a Distribution Center Environment
- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail

- A strategic and analytical mind
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
