Summary of Role:

The Solar Advisor Supervisor will lead a team setting qualified appointments for our dealers. This individual will coach and develop their team to meet both quality and quota goals. The supervisor will engage with other functional leaders in the company as well as our dealer network.

The supervisor will also manage a number of reports in SalesForce, Excel, and other tools to manage the metrics we have. This role requires the supervisor to work a variety of shifts to include some nights and weekends.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Solar Advisors. Coach and develop the team under your care to excellence in setting quality appointments for our dealers.
  • Manage to metrics and reports. We are a performance-driven organization with high expectations and quota goals.
  • Have a strong understanding of tools such as SalesForce and Microsoft office.
  • The ability to present to other team members and leadership using a variety of tools.
  • Work with cross-functional groups in other departments to ensure delivery of our product and to ensure a high-quality output of our appointments.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of call center experience in a position that held a quota goal.
  • 1 year of supervising/ managing people in a competitive environment.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills primarily with Excel.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Very strong skills with Excel and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve against a quota and lead others to success.
  • An understanding of lead development and basic sales.
  • Able to work from home and have strong time management.
  • Understanding of online conference tools such as Zoom.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with SalesForce.
  • Preferred Experience with cloud-based phone solutions like Five9 or NICE In-Contact.
  • Supervising a quota-baring sales team.
