Apprentice - Project Coordinator
The Apprentice - Project Coordinator role offers a dynamic opportunity to support teammates in project coordination and administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements. Responsibilities include communicating with team members, developing project plans, and ensuring smooth meeting organization. This role provides a collaborative environment to achieve project goals, with a focus on completing 144 hours of tailored training and 2,000 hours of hands-on work experience. With a Quality, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, The Apprentice - Project Coordinator will:
- Help support a variety of teammates by coordinating projects and making sure they are completed.
- Helping with administrative support in the office – this could mean scheduling meetings, arranging travel and setting up meeting rooms.
- Communicate with team members to work on a project and provide updates.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document what was said in certain meetings.
- Help make sure newly hired employees have their computers set up for their first day.
- Work with a variety of people and collaborate to achieve project goals.
- High School Junior or High School Senior
- Apprentices must successfully pass/complete a minimum of 144 hours of employer-selected training courses that align with their competencies (either through relevant college coursework or other training - on-the-job-training does not apply to this requirement)
- Apprentices must complete 2,000 hours of work at their company
- Apprentices must obtain proficiency in 100% of their technical competencies and 75% of their Career-Ready competencies to complete the apprenticeship
