- Our Client in Ashland OR is seeking an onsite Office Manager to oversee our office location (40 employees) and provide sales and finance support.
- Ideal candidates are versatile self-starters with the ability to learn quickly, possess a positive attitude, have great attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.
- Office Administration
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Maintain organization of office space
- Process mail and deliveries
- Organize catering for meetings and group meals
- Manage kitchen and coffee supplies
- Manage office supplies and subscriptions
- Plan holiday parties and events
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage local home for visitors including scheduling visitors, scheduling cleaning, and stocking basic supplies
- Manage Bindle time-off tracking tool
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Support leadership as needed
- Sales Support
- Answer phones and transfer to other teams
- Answer basic customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ship orders and supplies
- Process payments
- Assist with Buyer and Vendor Portal management
- Finance Support
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- College degree preferred
- Ability to act independently
- Sound judgement
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures preferred
