Position Overview
As an RSA, you will act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store (currently The Home Depot and Costco), where you will make a significant impact on potential customers. Impact is made by building relationships, building excitement for our products, and educating potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for an in-home consultation with a Field Sales Consultant and building the Sunrun customer base. Your focus on each person you meet is to influence and impact them in a positive manner.
Qualifications (What will a candidate need to be successful in the RSA role):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to approach/engage potential customers, educating them on Sunrun's clean energy products
- Resilience, can handle rejection
- Self-motivation, grit, and passion for offering a clean energy solution
- Technology skills (utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications)
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts (this schedule is optimized for your sales success and earning potential)
- Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within a 15-30 mile radius
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an 8-hour shift, depending on assigned retail location (occasional lifting, reaching, stooping, and kneeling are required)

- Average Compensation $16.50 per hour commission ($55,000 - $80,000; based on location and personal success). Our top performers earn up to $160,000.00/year. This could be you!

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is:
$16.50
