We are searching for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on inbound and outbound calls; you will be booking, scheduling jobs and converting sales leads into customers.

*Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone, text and email
- Answering customer questions, providing information and pricing and booking jobs
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Up sell additional products as need arises i.e. service agreements, additional services provided by the partner, etc.
- Calling customers with existing service agreements due for maintenance and upselling where possible with additional services offered by the partner
- Use database and spreadsheets to track progress and developments with existing and new customers
- Contact leads at the request of company partners
- Report directly to team leaders and partners
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals. This includes estimate follow ups and happy calls
- Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings. As well as studying new scripts after onboarding new partners
Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience in a call centre setting as a Customer Service Representative an asset
- Self motivated, fast learner and highly organized
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of G Suite applications such as Sheets, Docs, etc. an asset
- Knowledge of House Call Pro an asset
- Fearless attitude and a team player
