We are seeking a Curriculum Program Manager to manage and train on the implementation of curriculum and developmentally-appropriate practices at our school in Spartanburg. Pay range: $19.00-$21.50/hour, based on experience, education and credentials.
Curriculum Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
- Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
- Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
- Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure adequate classroom materials.
- Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
- Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
- Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.
