Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated Security Scheduling and Recruitment Specialist. The Security Scheduling and Recruitment Specialist duties include the coordination of event scheduling, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, as well as recruiting new talent.

This position offers a starting salary of $50,000 - along with industry-leading employee benefits that include weekly pay, 401k savings plan with a company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, paid time off, ptuition reimbursement, and more!

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to employees and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. The Security Scheduling and Recruitment Specialist will assist in the administration of the assigned client location by:

Training, developing, and motivating the site security personnel.
Overseeing the day-to-day event operations of client site.
Training subordinate staff on security plans, procedural guidelines, Company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
Coordinating operational functions including staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues.
Carrying out audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.

Requirements and Qualifications include:

Strong numeracy skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to carry out all tasks with high attention to detail in a timely and accurate manner.
2 years of payroll and billing experience is strongly preferred.
Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting is a plus.
Excellent customer service.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work proficiently unsupervised.
Professional appearance.
Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be capable of standing and/or walking for long periods of time and distance
All applicants must have a clean background and be able to pass a pre-employment evaluation as well as random drug screens.

A Security Scheduling and Recruitment Specialist may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Scheduling and Recruitment Specialist will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. High School diploma or equivalent
