We're looking for a talented, experienced and driven Roofing Foreman in Dallas, TX. The Roofing Foreman is responsible for leading a team in the installation of solar panels on rooftops. This includes coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality work standards. The role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, solar panel installation techniques, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple Installation Crews
- Plan and organize tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicates ongoing job progress to management.
- Ensure all work performed by the Installation Crew is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure the team's competence in solar panel installation.
- Ensure the proper installation of solar panels on various roofing types.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols during installation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing and solar panel installation.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and solar panel installation techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to solar installations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
