The position:
We are looking for intermediate to experienced residential installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs as well as have residential solar installation experience.
Do you fit this description?:
- Residential Solar Installation experience
- Solar Crew Lead Experience
- Able to map out the arrays on a roof as well as install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed
- Ability to lead and mentor a crew to ensure complete installation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge in Solar Installation
- Solar Crew Lead Experience
- Ability to map out solar arrays
- Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)
- Solar Foreman Experience (preferred)

Physical requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
- Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
- Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)
Pay:
We start at $30/hr and offer a panel pay ***BONUS*** which is $10 per panel.
***(YOU WILL RECEIVE BOTH THE HOURLY RATE AS WELL AS THE PANEL BONUS, NOT JUST ONE OR THE OTHER)***
Hours/Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, first shift schedule
- No overnight installs, you are home every night!
- Overtime Opportunities
