Junior Solar Installer
WHAT WE DO:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Junior Solar Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire Installation team is getting all the materials they need onto the roof. Junior Solar Installers ensure that all materials are easy to locate and that vehicles are in good condition. You will also be responsible for other aspects of the installation including assisting in the safety of the crew!
Perform vehicle inspections
Review array of installation plan
Assist in setting up fall zone hazard areas
Prepare modules and transport them to roof as needed
Create and maintain array mapping
Sealing holes
Keeping the vehicle and all materials organized
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Able to stand 80% of the time on varying roof surfaces
Ability to frequently lift panels up to 60 lbs. repetitively.
Must be comfortable working at great heights.
Capable of constantly working in outdoor weather conditions.

COMPENSATION
The anticipated base salary for this position is $18 - 20/hr. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
