What are the responsibilities and job description for the Smokehouse Manager position at Super Saver?
We are seeking a Smokehouse Manager at the 56th & Highway 2 Super Saver.
Specific Requirements:
- Processing, smoking & curing signature specialty meat items for our customers
- Creating & merchandising Smokehouse offerings
- Stocking, rotating and keeping inventory of product
- Efficiently handling customer requests & providing excellent customer service
- Ability to supervise associates, providing training, feedback & coaching
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety policies
Qualifications:
Previous meat processing and/or supervisory experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
