Job description:
· Position: RN (Emergency Room)
· Shift: Afternoon-3x12
· Location- Springfield, VT
· Assignment Length: 22 Weeks/ 5 Months
· Employment Type: Travel
· Tentative Start date – 08/19/2024.
Requirements:
· 2 years of current ED experience in a hospital setting - Required
· ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
· 3 months minimum travel experience required
· Bachelor’s degree - Preferred
· Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
Responsibilities:
· Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
· Immediately stabilize incoming patients
· Administer medication as instructed by physicians
· Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
· Perform tracheotomies and intubations
· Give patients stitches and sutures
