The ideal candidate will have a track record of management experience working in entertainment, event services, and hospitality. Experience with high volume is a must.

You must be self-motivated, organized and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Health, safety, and sanitation standards training and oversight,
  • Daily operation of unique entertainment venues
  • Opening and closing of facility,
  • Supervise all large events and banquet activities,
  • Inventory management
  • Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and continued development of all team members
  • Ensure the satisfaction of all guests by implementing and maintaining proper policy procedures,
  • Supporting all team members, ownership, and leadership in any way possible,
  • Representing the company in all times and all places.

While performing the duties of this position, management will regularly be required to:

  • Work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
  • Make customer service their top priority and handle emergency situations with care
  • Be on call for emergency situations.
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
