We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team. Sales Managers are responsible for managing the direct growth of green energy solutions to residential and commercial consumers while aligning with our core values. Sales Managers will take the lead on sales visits and train each employee to exceed customer expectations, while creating an environment of constant growth for the company. Sales Managers should have a strong background in direct sales, leadership activities, and company innovation. Key Responsibilities:
· Management and oversight of daily operations
· Execute direct sales activities while building a result driven sales team.
· Responsible for supporting and leading sales training for representatives
· Track and analyze key measurables and establish clearly defined goals and actions
· Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
· Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
· Participate in training opportunities to improve knowledge and build leadership skills
· Generate new customers to leads and accounts
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of in-home or direct sales experience
· Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
· Experienced in Customer Relationship Management
· Ability to recruit, train, and motivate high functioning sales teams
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Passion for making an impact on the environment and the communities we serve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
