Superior Auto Extras is an importer and full-service distributor of air fresheners, auto accessories, impulse purchase products, parts and supplies, to the car wash industry. Established in 1991, the Company has continued to grow through the years and has remained family owned. We have offices and warehouses located in Los Angeles, CA and in Memphis, TN.
We are looking to hire an experienced, responsible, and driven part time Sales Representative to service the West Coast of Florida area and to join our Sales Team. This territory requires approximately 1-2 full days per week and has an established sales revenue exceeding 300k a year.
Responsibilities include:
· Drives and makes monthly or bi-weekly site location visits
· Regularly call customers on a monthly basis
· Address any merchandising needs or customer inquiries
· Review, track sales activity and order inventory based on site location sales
· Organize and prepare retail environment for merchandise
· Collect customer product returns to our distribution center
· Issue credit memos for returned products
· Maintain and develop strong, ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts and new prospects within the territory
· Present marketing material, catalogs, and brochures to existing and potential customers
· Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Manager to optimize sales efforts within the territory
· Meet and/or exceed sales activity for each location
· Flexible schedule
Qualifications and skills required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is great but not required
· 1-2 years of sales experience
· Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Highly self-motivated, energetic, and confident
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, iOS (preferred)
· Anility to work independently
Compensation is based on sales and varying commission rate. The position is structured as an independent contractor.'
