Job Overview:

We are Superior Builders Inc and we are Certified GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor at the Presidents Club level. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our Superior Sales team. As a Sales Representative for Superior Builders Inc, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and selling our services while showcasing our Superior Roofing products and Warranties to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads

- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Fluent in multiple languages, including Spanish (preferred)

- Strong public speaking and presentation skills

- Ability to effectively cold call and generate leads

- Experience in sales management is a plus

- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems

- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals

Pay: $78,703.00 - $346,977.00 per year
