· The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales preferably coupled with machine cutting tool exposure, that will fit into our culture.
· We will consider candidates with tooling, fixturing and CNC programming experience who would like to expand their experience into Machine Sales.

POSITION SUMMARY
The CNC Sales Rep plays a pivotal role in our organization and is responsible for prospecting as well as maintaining current customer needs while simultaneously growing our new customer database. Applying their knowledge of programming and engineering to drive innovation and excellence in our projects. This dynamic role requires a combination of technical expertise and extensive sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generating Sales/prospecting and territory management.
· Develop and maintain strong knowledge base of U-Techs products and services sold.
· Build internal/external customer and vendor relationships to ensure a teamwork environment.
· Managing profitability.
· Proactively maintain current customer future business needs.
· Expand new customer business with stated sales goals.
· Maintain 30-60-90-day forecast.
· Tracks open orders.
· Consults with other team members, internal departments and/or external vendors to resolve issues related to installation and service repairs.
· Accurately documents, completes and reports required information for work records, time sheets and service reports.
· Responsible for maintaining current technical, interpersonal, and communications skills through continuous development.

Qualifications:
· 5 years of sales Experience.
· Engineering/CNC background a plus.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while handling challenging customer situations.
· Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to practice excellent time management skills.
· Must be able to travel frequently.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· You will be required to drive your own vehicle for company business when the customer is local.
· Good interpersonal communication skills.
· Demonstrated self-starter, and effective planning and organizational skills.
· Ability to participate as a member of the team.

Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
· Continuous bending, stooping, standing, climbing, step stool climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling.
