The Manager of HRIS and Reporting will serve as the subject matter expert for our HR information systems, including security administration, business process design, end user experience, and reporting and analytics. This individual ensures that accurate business processes/workflows, and other system dependencies are implemented to support the administrators of compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits administration, payroll, and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership position and reports to the Director of Total Rewards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ADP HCM solutions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to global standards.
- Partner with regional HR teams to understand local requirements, regulatory compliance, cultural nuances, and translate them into system configurations and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HRIS processes, enhance data accuracy, and optimize system performance across all regions.
- Serve subject matter expert on ADP modules, functionalities, and integrations, providing guidance, support, and training to regional HR and IT teams.
- Develop comprehensive system training materials and job aides to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing processes.
- Collaborate with appropriate HR and IT teams to establish and maintain data privacy and security standards in accordance with global regulations e.g., GDPR.
- Lead or support global HRIS projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new modules or functionalities.
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights and opportunities for process improvements, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage HR reporting, including standard, ad-hoc, and executive reporting.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, direction, and prioritization for HRIS Analyst.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, OR related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS management, with a focus on global reporting, implementations, and ADP solutions.
- Extensive experience with ADP systems or similar HRIS platforms.
- Deep understanding of global HR practices, regulatory requirements, and data privacy
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
Computer and Software Experience
Advanced skill level in ADP systems – Vantage, Workforce Now, EV5, Report Writer, HRB, SkillSoft, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
