We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to engage with potential customers
Requirements:
- Proficient in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques
