**Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance - Assist in budget preparation and expense management - Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities - Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management - Plan and coordinate company events and meetings - Ensure the smooth running of all office systems, including phone systems **Requirements:** - Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures - Familiarity with basic accounting principles - Experience with human resources functions such as payroll processing - Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines - Previous experience in medical office management is a plus - Training development skills are beneficial This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
