What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Maintenance position at Superior Plus Propane Talent Acquisition?
The role of one performing the Delivery Maintenance is to achieve optimal deliveries to our customers to improve the delivery efficiencies throughout the company. The Operations Support Representative (OSR) works collaboratively with the Delivery, Service and Customer Experience teams through accurate and timely processing of work orders and supporting overflow inbound and outbound customer calls. The ORS will also update and maintain customer account information ensuring that account data is current and accurately reflects customer status or inquiries.
Flex Schedule PositionRole and Responsibilities
Projecting optimal deliveries to customers through basic math and previous usage history
Verify information provided and managing logs
Set up tank monitors through Otodata portal and review any discrepancies or adjustments
Varied administrative and clerical tasks, on-site support
Coordinate and communicate with customers
Validate and review customer account information to ensure compliance and accuracy. Update system information as required and obtain any missing information as needed
Provide additional support to the Customer Service team as necessary including but not limited to answering calls, facilitating service, taking payments, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Certifications, Endorsements and Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years previous customer service and administration experience
Work collaboratively as a positive, contributing team member, as well as independently
Analytical capabilities and extreme attention to accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
