Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual English and Spanish Office Assistant who is organized and detail-oriented. You will provide administrative support to our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. We will train you according to the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the office environment, including maintaining organized files and records, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and ordering materials.
- Utilize computer software and technology to complete tasks efficiently, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Develop and maintain effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills:

- Strong background in administrative roles.
- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- High level of computer literacy, with experience using technology to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
