Account Representative
Temporary 8 Week Assignment
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Analytical evaluation of past due customer balances.
- Professionally communicate via email and phone calls with customers.
- Keep daily records of collection efforts.
- Maintain and improve customer relationships.
- Professionally communicate between corporate and branch offices.
- General weekly Excel reports.
- Update information in customer accounts.
- General clerical duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts receivable or construction background strongly preferred.
- Sage software experience a plus.
- Experience working business-to-business collections.
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Drug Screen and Background Check Required
$18.00 - $20.00 - Depending on Experience
