MOBILITY SALES CONSULTANT Needed for New Location in Northern Kentucky!!

We're looking for someone driven by a passion to help others who enjoy impacting the lives of people every day! You might be assisting a disabled Veteran one day or the parents of a special needs child.

Another day you might be working with someone who's recovering from a major life event and seeks to drive once again and wants to eliminate dependence on others for transportation to appointments.

You'll have the opportunity to work with innovative products that include wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility seating options, hand controls, scooters, and wheelchair lifts, and a variety of other driving aids.

You'll be helping bring mobility and independence to people of all ages and various stages of life while building relationships for continued service and ongoing assistance.

The Mobility Sales Consultan t is responsible for the sale of mobility products through consultation with customers inside and outside of the store.

You will be expected to obtain the appropriate product knowledge to conduct assessments of the customer’s needs to recommend solutions.

You will be required to respond to, manage, and close leads designated to you through our various lead sources.

Mobility Consultant Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Focused on and Accountable for Results - Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Organized, both individually and with a team
  • CRM Experience
  • Personable and Transparent
  • People Oriented
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
  • Competitiveness
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Mobility Consultant Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for profitability in all departments of the dealership
  • Closing the deal
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain superior customer service
  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
