Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new revenue of business and funneling viable projects.
Responsibilities:
- BDE to focus activities on the pursuit of new business.
- Develop a targeted prospect/account strategy consistent with the overall financial objectives of the organization.
- Coordinate the necessary internal departmental resources to drive respective opportunity to closure.
- Owns the Customer relationship for the company.
- Schedule and host monthly meetings both internally and with the prospect (separately) to keep project(s) on task.
- Manage the sales process while tracking activities, contacts, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM.
- · Support account transition to sales account manager once account has been on boarded and has stabilized. Typical duration to be 2 years after award of initial contract.
- · Manage size, shape, and velocity of funnel/pipelines as required to achieve growth objectives.
- Ensure the teams targeted accounts are in alignment with market segments that are deemed to be strategic growth areas for Supply Technologies.
- Can articulate companys value proposition with ability to focus on customers total cost of ownership vs. piece price.
- Financially literate. Understands the key aspects of a RONA analysis.
- Lead associated activities with the successful on-boarding of an account, i.e., conduct Quarter Business Reviews, coordinate applicable Contractual Agreements, assist in resolving obsolete/excess inventory and A/R issues as necessary.
Must Haves:
- 2 years experience of sales experience within the industrial market.
- Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management CRM tool.
- Industrial market experience.
- Flexibility to travel up to 70%.

- Valid Drivers License & Passport
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience.
