SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Training Specialist for a client in Fort Worth, TX. The Distribution Operations Training Specialist will be responsible to create and maintain a training program to provide new hire and ongoing training to existing staff that ensures they perform the standard work in a safe and consistent manner that meets company expectations.
The Training Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain the training materials, training agendas, training records and continuous training process improvements for the facility. The individual will conduct training, but also train-the-trainers (i.e., leaders within the organization) on how to administer the site’s training programs most effectively, adhering to the standards developed by the local leadership team.

Available shifts include Monday through Friday – 8a-5p MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

Responsibilities of the Training Specialist:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Modify, amend, and/or develop training materials, including presentations, and handouts.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Track employee qualifications and incorporate periodic assessments.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to identify training needs and gaps.
- Assess training effectiveness evaluations.
- Coordinate logistics for training events.
- Manage training resources and order supplies as needed.
- Assist trainers in preparing for sessions and provide support.
- Generate regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Develop Training KPIs and metrics to meet company goals.
- Influence a culture of adult learning and responsible training to drive business outcomes.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- 2-3 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication abilities – ensuring stakeholders are properly informed and understand what’s being shared and expected of them.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
