```Duties```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your main duties will include performing front desk duties, managing phone systems, and providing excellent guest services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage phone systems, answer incoming calls, and provide information to callers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel management or hospitality. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
