We are currently seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $40,000 and $55,000 , with additional commissions on first-year business and life insurance sold. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in commercial lines account management to provide tailored insurance solutions to our clients while contributing to our agency's growth and success.

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
• Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.

• Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Epic and have or be willing to get their Life Insurance License.
• Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
