Regional Sales Rep (Therapeutic)

Regional Sales Professional Southeastern Michigan (Detroit Metro Area) Reports to Director of Sales

We’ve been actively seeking a candidate for approximately five months to fill this role, which is a replacement for a departed team member.

This territory boasts a high density of potential clients. Currently, we have one other sales representative in the Metro Detroit area, and the territory will be divided accordingly.

Essential qualifications include prior experience collaborating with medical practices, hospitals, and professionals in behavioral and / or mental health fields.

We are seeking individuals who reside in and possess in-depth knowledge of the territory, along with established connections.

The ideal candidates will be ready to hit the ground running.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience in either healthcare or laboratory settings are required.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Demonstrate a track record of sustained sales success with a history of job longevity (minimum of 2 years at each previous position).

Exhibit the ability to work autonomously to surpass sales targets while also contributing as a team player to enhance overall team performance.

Recognize the need for an educational sales approach rather than a blanket sales strategy, understanding that this approach may require a slower ramp-up period.

Be primarily motivated by the meaningful work associated with the position, prioritizing intrinsic value over solely monetary potential.

Possess strategic planning skills and the ability to target potential customers effectively.

All prospective hires must have either received the Covid vaccine or be in the process of obtaining it. Kindly confirm this requirement upfront before presenting candidates, as it is non-negotiable due to our clients’ vaccination mandates within their workplaces.
