Description:

Including but not limited to: die changes, material changes, crane operations, tow motor operations, program changes, die adjustments, record keeping and preventative maintenance procedures in a timely and excellent quality manner while maintaining a safe working environment.

2nd Shift positions available (2pm-10:15pm)

Responsibilities:

1. Will operate and maintain robots, forklifts, hoists, and cranes to perform material movement.
2. Confers with the production process engineer and production control to establish die change schedules and folllows up to assure completion of those schedules.
3. Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
4. Assure that equipment and tools are properly maintained and preventive maintenance is performed to assure efficient production.
5. Assure efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices.
6. Establishes and maintains stable processes for injection presses.
7. Is in compliant with the standard and safe work practices when there are die changes.
8. Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
9. Will be expected to make LIMITED processing changes, and record data.
10. Must be able to work any assigned shift and be able to work overtime on short notice.
11. Die changes, color changes and substrate changes in a timely manner where applicable.

Qualification:

Education Required

Must be able to read, write legibly, perform math computations and communicate at a level normally associated with a high school graduate.

Skills Required

1. Sufficient dexterity movement to meet production standards.
2. Must be able to lift loads up to sixty (60) pounds.
3. Exemplary attendance and adheres to the company policies
4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary : $18 - $22
