Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. You will work on various projects, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
- Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
- Maintain production tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
- Ensure ability to read blueprints, identify components, perform wire preparation, stripping, crimping, harness repair, and termination.
- Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, as well as automated machine operation and programming.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some light industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
- Proficiency in using manual hand tools.
- Basic understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with automated machine operation and programming is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- 5:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
- $20.00 per hour
