What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at SurgeHire?
SurgeHire looking for a highly motived individual to join a rapidly growing company. We have an experienced leadership team that will provide leadership and guidance.
Previous recruiting experience in a high volume setting is a huge plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and time management skills handling multiple deadlines at once.
- Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Partner with your SurgeHire Management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Perform various customer service related activities
- Must be proficient with computer programs Word, Excel, etc..
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Bachelor’s or Associates)
- 1 year working experience in related field ( Recruitment HR, sales, or relevant industries)
- Experienced Professionals / Military veterans / Recent Graduates
Compensation:
- Base Salary starting at $40,000
- Uncapped Commissions paid Monthly
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Flex Home/Office schedule.
