Marine & Industrial Part Sales Requirements:
- Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
- Valid driver's license & dependable transportation
- Computer and/or tablet
- Knowledge of marine & industrial parts
- Microsoft office 365 software - Word, Excel, Outlook
Marine & Industrial Part Sales Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $18 - $30 /hr (based on experience)
- Direct hire with full benefits (employee coverage paid for by company) after 30 days

Marine & Industrial Part Sales Responsibilities
- Provide pricing and delivery times for replacement parts based on customers’ requests.
- Enter new customer orders into order processing software.
- Work with customers regarding orders, inspections of old parts, malfunctions, exchanges, refunds, replacement parts, warranties, substitutions, modifications, part numbers, and process.
- Answer customer questions about products, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Prepare customer invoices for the electronic file and the shipping department.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Be able to discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment.
- Manage customer communication regarding shipments from product order to delivery.
- Consult with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Communicate and provide information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email and in person.
- Update records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Maintain customer information such as contract forms, contact names, change of address records, phone numbers, email addresses and new account information.
