- Collaborate with CEO and CNO teams to provide feedback on surgeon needs and service enhancements.
- Customer Support and Service:
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to surgeons and referring providers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high quality satisfaction of partner surgeons.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, surgeon interactions, and market insights using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management, summarizing sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, elective surgical care, and healthcare regulations.
- Ideal candidate will have base of referring provider, attorney or surgeon contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
