We have an immediate opening for a Procurement Analyst to join our mission of helping protect people, property, and critical infrastructure against sophisticated attack.

We are looking for an innovative procurement analyst to manage shipping and receiving, warehouse inventory, and source vendors and suppliers. This position will be liaising between internal departments and suppliers and analyzing/negotiating procurement contracts.

Preferred to have experience in purchasing and have knowledge in supply chain management. More importantly, we want someone who is eager to grow personally and is hungry to drive continued growth in our company!

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing technology and equipment for design-build projects
• Managing lead-times and material delays
• Cultivate and nurture manufacturer relationships
• Communicate effectively with project owners and stakeholders
• Support mission-critical operations
• Proactively manage warehouse and project inventory
• Shipping and receiving support

Requirements:

• People Skills – outgoing and charismatic
• Must be able to identify problems and provide creative solutions to internal processes
• Ability to think on your feet
• Desire to grow – eager to work on weaknesses and learn new skill sets
• Proactive but thrives under pressure
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365
• Detail oriented

A Plus If You Have:

• 2 years of shipping, receiving, or procurement experience
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Management experience
• People enjoy being around you
• Familiar with Quickbooks
• Experience using FedEx or UPS systems including label creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
