What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandiser position at Survey?
Survey Merchandiser is looking for Reset Merchandisers with experience to complete a Reset Project at local store located in Clinton, CT.
Reset experience is a plus. POG reading experience is a must. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

About the Work :
- Pay is $17 / hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Schedules are unchanging and cannot be moved.
- Resets start at 8 : 00 am to 10 : 30 am.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Punctuality is a must for this project, you must be on site 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
- Typical tasks include :
- Merchandise the flowers Foods brand's store shelves to the planogram, hang the price tags.
- Secondary objective :
- Clean shelves, tag shelves, and take before and after images of the section.
- Visit details
- Arrive at the store at the start date and time of the reset.
- Merchandise Flower Foods products and reset them to the planogram.
- Ensure shelves are clean.
- Merchandise Flower brands on the shelves.
- Tag the shelves with the correct shelf tags.
- Check out with management after completion
Dress code :
- Black slacks or black jeans.
- White or black collared shirt or blouse.
- Black closed-toe shoes.
- Absolutely no sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes.

About You :
- Must have a working iPhone or Android device with the Survey Merchandiser or Survey Retail application installed. Must have an active account with Survey.
- You're reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team.
- Expected to have a basic understanding of store resets and related terminology. Information will be provided ahead of your start date and it is required that you review it carefully before starting.
- You will be participating in a store reset. This involves moving products on / off store shelves, bringing inventory out to the floor, rearranging shelves, removing / adding store signage, and other related tasks.
As a result, you must be physically able to perform these tasks, which may include tasks such as crouching down to work low shelves and repeatedly lifting / moving small objects.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site, the ability to arrive on time to and work the full shift.
- You're able to pass a background check.
- Drug screening may be required.
- Previous reset / POG experience is a must.
