Our Social Media Coordinator/Photographer & Videographer is essential to establishing customer and community relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing/Social Media
- Plan, shoot and edit engaging video that highlights unique features based on vehicle promoted in post.
- Engages with the community by representing Susquehanna Automotive through photography and videography
- Monitor and analyze the performance of vehicle listings and media content compared to industry trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing effort is placed on vehicles the sales team would like to push.
- Track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Engage with followers and industry leaders to create a vibrant and active online community.
Photographer/Videographer
- Maintain up-to-date photography for all new and used vehicles. Ensure high quality images are captured and edited to meet company standards.
- Upload and manage vehicle photos on DealersLink.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality walk-around video content that highlights key features and benefits for vehicles at both dealerships.
- Upload videos to relevant platforms and ensure they are integrated with vehicle listing.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and;
- 1 years of experience in photography, videography, and social media management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in photography
- Experience collaborating with team
- Great at scheduling and planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred experience in in Photoshop and LightRoom, CapCut (Splice, or other video editing app), YouTube, and Meta Business Suite
