In this position, you will grow/develop B2B accounts by using a variety of communication tools - phone, email and chat - to work with customers and help them optimize the success of their digital ad campaigns. You will build relationships with clients by leading and managing their digital marketing initiatives; analyze and interpret data; and make recommendations to grow their business.
This position is a good match for someone who has had success in a call center, B2C or B2B sales environment or who has a background with a digital advertising or media agency.

- Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; (B2B is distinct advantage)
- 2-3 years of call center experience supporting customers' experience with a solutions mindset and compassionate, helpful nature via phone, email, and chat
- 2 years of direct digital or social media experience required; experience working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency preferred
- Experience working with native social media ad platforms is a plus
- Experience monitoring, tracking, and assessing marketing success of all digital strategies, and make recommendations for revisions
