Set the path to success: This individual has solid sales experience to identify sales opportunities within the program and steer a clear direction on the training approaches, modules, sales methods, techniques, and strategies to improve the sales performance and growth of new hires and tenured guides.
Enable and Guide: Perform effective and efficient coaching to consultants and can conduct weekly side-by-side time with a consultant. Support Team Managers and Service Delivery Leaders in setting improvement programs and action plans for consultants. Executes Training Needs Analysis and trends to provide valuable insights and provide a recommendation for creating and launching training programs geared towards bringing the program as the top vendor. Reports training activities in a timely manner and provides feedback on process improvements for the execution of action plans.
Manage Knowledge: Maintains expertise by conducting refresher training, and quizzes, and sending knowledge materials to consultants and support. Validates knowledge by continuous immersion in Service Delivery and Quality activities such as calibrations, continuous improvement meetings, brainstorming sessions, etc.
Ensure Quality: Calibrating with TMs, QAs, and clients, at regular intervals, monitoring transactions, and analyzing transaction monitoring results. Coordinating, preparing data, and conducting weekly refresher training with consultants. Ensuring through follow-up that action plan objectives have been met, feedback quality and performance results, coaching, follow-up, and consequences (PDP, Action Plan).

- Create timely and release accurate reports
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet company expectations.
- Facilitate all aspects of a multi-week transmission and blended type new hire training & nesting.
- Facilitate all aspects of floor-training and BQM Training for the program.
- Responsible for self-skilling & certification during periods of un-activity (classroom)
- Supervise and coach learners in nesting & BQM type environments
- Facilitate multi-hour product, behavioral or tool change type learning experiences.
- Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions; and
- Coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics.
- Coach and provide feedback and supervision during OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and onsite
