S3-Sutter Shared Services-ValleyPosition Overview:
Reviews and processes a variety of employee data changes, ensuring e-form is thoroughly completed and implementing changes timely and accurately. Performs employee data changes into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and processes cash and non-cash awards, and primary source verifications and certifications. Scans and processes employee-related documents, organizing and indexing into appropriate electronic personnel record (ePR) or routing to a work queue for appropriate service delivery team. Responds to requests for documents from ePR, and liaises with external vendors for requests relating to employee information.Job Description:
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
1 year in a human resources, data entry and/or administrative support function.
1 year with using computers and/or database systems.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to read, comprehend, and apply policies and procedures.
Ability to learn and understand new processes or concepts quickly.
Ability to use keyboard by touch to input alphanumeric data for extended periods.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to recognize issues or questionable information/data, and to determine solution or next steps.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions.
Ability to prioritize workload and to process a high volume of requests/documents accurately and timely
Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
